Out-of-hours, Emergency Support and Hospitals

Out-of-hours weekend service Boscombe & Springbourne Health Centre Walk in Service provides medical services to anyone in need of an urgent medical appointment across areas in and around Bournemouth including tourists and visitors on Saturdays and Sundays from 8am to 8pm.

Appointments can only be made in person, on the day and are made on a first come, first served basis. To be sure of an appointment, please arrive at 8am and wait to be allocated an appointment slot. If you then have a significant wait for your appointment, you may come back when your appointment is due.
